Millennium Gardens continues to strengthen its position as one of Budapest’s leading office destinations, as two of its largest tenants, Henkel Hungary and Arm Hungary, have both expanded their office spaces and extended their lease agreements.
The new agreements reflect the continued confidence that global companies place in Millennium Gardens as a workplace that supports business growth, employee wellbeing and long-term operational success.
Henkel Hungary has expanded its office by nearly 1,000 square metres while also extending its lease. Arm Hungary has similarly increased its footprint by almost 1,500 square metres and renewed its commitment to the building through a long-term lease extension.
Following these transactions, both companies now occupy close to 5,000 square metres each within Millennium Gardens, making them among the building’s most significant occupiers.
These expansions demonstrate more than just growth in office space requirements. They highlight the importance of high-quality workplaces that can adapt to the evolving needs of international businesses. As companies continue to prioritize employee experience, sustainability, accessibility and connectivity, Millennium Gardens remains well positioned to meet these expectations.
