Thrilled to announce that Millennium Gardens’ second phase on the banks of the Danube in Budapest has been granted its occupancy permit.

TriGranit has officially moved into our stunning new office at Millennium Gardens, right on the picturesque banks of the Danube.

TriGranit has won the MagyarBrands Award in the Excellent Business Brand 2023 category.

The construction of Millennium Gardens’ Second Phase continues with the installation of sanitary units, mechanical installation of shafts, masonry work on shafts, mechanical installation of the cores, while half of the shaft closures have been completed, as well as tiling, and three of the six high-speed elevators and basement lifts have been installed.

The development of the second phase of Millennium Gardens has started, which together with the first phase will offer a total of 37,000 square metres of premium office and retail space.
